    Your Wedding Moment can be part of your wedding morning, the day before, the day after or your bridal celebrations. Private Pilates sessions are also available in your own home in the lead-up to your wedding.

    A private 45–50 minute Pilates experience, planned around you, your group and your wedding schedule.

    Everything is thoughtfully styled with a bridal feel, from the mats to the small equipment, so your Wedding Moment feels like a beautiful part of your wedding experience.

    With a focus on mindful movement, mobility, posture and breath, and the option to finish with a calming guided relaxation.

    Come exactly as you are.

    Everything else is taken care of.

  • All mats and small equipment are brought and set up for you, so you can simply arrive and enjoy your Wedding Moment.

    Movement is tailored to your group and experience levels, with the option to finish with a calming guided relaxation.

    Your Wedding Moment can take place at your wedding venue, hotel or accommodation.

    Come exactly as you are. Everything else is taken care of.

    Your price includes your private 45–50 minute Pilates session, all equipment brought and set up, optional guided relaxation and travel within Ayr, Prestwick, Troon and surrounding local areas.

    Travel to venues further afield is quoted individually.

    A 50% booking deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your Wedding Moment.
